REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSROOM CE
Here, at The New Age Spa Institute high education, as well as your satisfaction, is very important to us.
HOW TO REGISTER
Once you have decided which class you would like to register for call us at (847) 759 0900 for over the phone registration or register online.
Registration requirements:
Professional license number
Full name, address, phone number and email (for confirmation purposes)
Full payment of the class is due at the time of registration (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex, Check).We do not accept third party credit cards.
If you are registering for a class over the phone, and are using check as a form of payment, we will hold the spot in that class for you for 5 business days. The New Age Spa Institute reserves the right to cancel your registration for not receiving a full payment within 5 business days after registration.
Confirmation of registration will be emailed to you within 48 business hours of your registration. All registrations are done on a first come basis. Classes fill out quickly, make sure to register early!
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you do not attend a class without notifying The New Age Spa Institute, you forfeit the right to transfer to another class. Please note, that our classes are small, and many times we have a “waiting list” for a class. If you cannot attend we would be more than happy to reschedule you to another class according to our Cancellation Policy. Please remember that if you register and do not attend, without notifying The New Age Spa Institute seven (7) days before the class, you are still liable for full payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for The New Age Spa Institute must be notified seven (7) business days before the class date. Your entire payment will be transferred to any other class offered by The New Age Spa Institute within the next three (3) months (some exclusions apply*). After three (3) months your entire payment will be forfeited and no credit for future classes will be issued. Full payment must be received before the class in order to participate in that class.
*The transferred deposit cannot be applied towards Special Guest Speaker Classes or Special Events.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A certificate of Attendance will be issued upon full completion of each Continuing Education class at New Age Spa Institute. Late arrival or early dismissal by the student will result in a forfeit of their Certificate of Attendance. CEU hours are calculated based on the length of the class and hours of active learning (half day vs full day )

To register for a class, you will have to create an online profile.

Full class payment is due at the time of registration (major credit cards through PayPal) We do not accept third party credit cards.
Once registered you’ll receive an email from The New Age Spa Institute confirming your registration.
You can take an on-line continuing education class shortly after receiving registration confirmation through email.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments are processed right away and no cancellation of the class is allowed.
All classes are non-refundable. Full payment must be completed on-line through
PayPal in order to complete registration and take online CEU class. You have seven
(7) days to complete your on-line course, including test taking. By not completing
the course within the given time the student forfeits the right to receive the
Certificate of Attendance and no refund will be issued. New registration and a new
payment will be required to attend this class again.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A Certificate of Attendance that includes your name, address, license number,
topic of the class and number of continuing education hours completed will be
emailed to you within 48 hours of completion of the course. Completion of the
course includes at home study based on the materials provided on-line by The New
Age Spa Institute and then an on-line test at the end of the course. Not completing
the course within seven (7) days forfeits the right to receive the Certificate of
Attendance. CEU hours are calculated based on the hours of length and active
learning, as predetermined by The New Age Spa Institute and in accordance with
the requirements by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulations.
Classroom Policies – Continuing Education & Special Events
Students, participants, and/or buyers knowingly assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that may experience or incur in connection with participation in the classroom, continuing education and/or special events presented by the New Age Spa Institute. Participants release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless New Age Spa Institute Inc., its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of relating thereto.
Evidence has shown that Covid-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death. Specifically relating to the global COVID-19 pandemic, students, participants and/or buyers acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID- 19 and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure or infection by participation and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. The CDC, local Health Departments, and other public health authorities recommend practicing social distancing, and in furtherance thereof, New Age Spa Institute has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Students, participants, and/or buyers agree to comply with such measures to better protect the community and public and to help reduce the overall spread of the virus.
Students, participants, and/or buyers agree not to attend any event of New Age Spa Institute if individual experiences any symptoms of illness such as a temperature at or above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, an acute continuous cough, or loss or change to senses of smell and/or taste.
Students, participants, and/or buyers agree not to attend any event of New Age Spa Institute if an individual has been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 in the previous 14 days.
Students, participants, and/or buyers agree not to attend any event of New Age Spa Institute if an individual has been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 in the previous ten days.
Students, participants, and/or buyers agree to follow public health authority recommended guidelines as much as possible and limit exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 in the ten days before participating in the classroom, continuing education, and/or special event of New Age Spa Institute.
